Our Spa Therapists are responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa/beauty treatments to guests to a high standard and in a professional manner.
This role ensures that every client receives a high quality experience that reflects Serenity Spa's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other therapeutic services according to spa protocols and guest preferences.
Greet clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere throughout the spa.
Uphold service standards and maintain product knowledge to promote spa offerings and retail sales.
Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and care.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level 3 or equivalent qualification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field (recognized qualification required).
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and a variety of massage and body treatment techniques.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Positive attitude, team player, and passion for wellness and holistic care.
Flexible to work weekends as required.
