A Global semiconductor giant based in Cork are seeking to bolster their team with a talented Virtual Platforms Engineer.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain SystemC TLM models to accurately represent complex SoC architectures.Integrate processors, interconnects, peripherals, and custom IP blocks into virtual platform simulators.Collaborate with hardware and software teams to translate system requirements into detailed models.Write high-quality, efficient C++ code for virtual platform development.Support and improve simulation workflows, including testing and debugging of virtual models.Requirements:10+ years of experience in Software/Firmware Engineering or related fields.5+ years of experience building Virtual Platforms or simulators.Strong expertise in C++ programming and modern development practices.Familiarity with SystemC TLM, QEMU, and ARM architecture (CPU, GIC, CoreSight Debug).Experience with version control (Git), unit testing, and continuous integration workflows.If this role is of interest please apply directly on LinkedIn or send a copy of your CV to -By applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
