As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Own Brand Trading team as an Own Brand Coordinator.
What you'll be doing
* Monthly Reporting – Own Brand Values File, NPD & EPD development Summary - launched v pipeline, ad hoc, SV mapping to CT, SV Rebrand.
* Awards - coordination of all Own Brand award entries & the collation of winners for each award body, working cross functionally to agree Comm’s/PR plan etc.
* Update of award logo’s online annually
* Events - coordination of the product required - ordering etc. (Conferences, Tradeshows, Hampers, Food Events – ref SVPUC)
* Barcodes - manages the pot of codes for all OB NPD - shares with developers as products are being developed
* Coeliac Booklet – ensure accurate listing of OB products in this booklet
What we'er looking for
* A broad knowledge base of the business and people, specifically in Trading, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain
* An understanding of the promotions process and deadlines to work Own Brand into these timings
* Planning and organising skills and an ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Competency in PC packages (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) as well as ProClarity, Sales Force, and I-procurement.
