As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. The HR Executive position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, bringing with it a range of exciting challenges and responsibilities.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and review. This will involve developing and implementing effective strategies to improve organisational culture, attract and hire top talent, motivate and retain employees, and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analysing HR data and metrics, identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations for policy improvements. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, handle HR queries, and assist with internal audits.

In terms of skills and qualifications, we are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. A background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is essential, as well as self-motivation, autonomy, and a focus on compliance.
