As Social Team Lead, you’ll be the engine behind daily content delivery, team coordination, and strategic alignment. You’ll manage junior team members, keep workflows running smoothly, and ensure everything going out the door is on time, on brand, and on brief.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing social content across multiple accounts and channels
* Managing publishing calendars, approval workflows, and community management
* Leading and mentoring a small team
* Driving platform-native strategy and aligning with creative direction
* Keeping up with the latest platform trends and tools
What You’ll Bring:
* 4+ years’ experience in a social content or strategy role (agency or in-house)
* Confidence in client-facing environments
* Experience working with big brands with large scale budgets, highly advantageous
* Strong writing and presentation skills
* Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Asana, and Google Workspace
* A team-first attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have:
* Social-first video content experience
* Exposure to influencer or creator collaborations
* Skills in performance reporting and content optimisation
