Job Purpose

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in the Limerick area for a life sciences fit out project - cleanroom or cold room experience is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering an interior fit-out project on time and to budget, the contracts and works under their control.
Responsibilities
Deliver Projects in accordance with Ardmac Safety First Guiding Principles
The provision of or ensuring that information, instruction and training is provided to Operatives and Subcontractors in emergency procedures and the content of Risk Assessments and safe systems of work.
Ensuring the review Sub-Contractor documentation for adequacy with regard to task planning, risk assessment, training, resources and supervision on their sites.
Ensuring all works installed as per correct issue of drawings and that works are inspected to ensure compliance to specification.
Ensuring environmental management plans are developed and implemented for all relevant sites u
Maintain excellent working relationship with Client/ Project team throughout the contract.
Carrying all day to day activities in a professional manner in line with our companies systems and procedures.
Experience
Previous track record in site management
Experience of cleanroom / cold room / white wall construction essential
Knowledge of interior fit out projects
Knowledge of construction methods and best practice, technologies and materials
Measurement and valuation
