Customer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our field team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. This exciting opportunity involves engaging with current customers face-to-face, presenting tailored broadband and telecom solutions, and working closely with the installation team for seamless onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
* Engage with customers in their homes to discuss and present broadband and telecom solutions.
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
* Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
* Experience or knowledge of broadband installation and/or telecommunications is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
