About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused individual to join a welcoming and supportive team in Malahide.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day — combining customer service, administration, and attention to detail. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, assisting customers with queries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support to customers in person and over the phone
* Manage daily administrative and documentation tasks with accuracy
* Support the processing of applications, ensuring all details are correct and compliant
* Maintain organised and up-to-date records across multiple systems
* Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service
* Assist in day-to-day office coordination and operational support

What You'll Bring

* Experience in
administration, retail, or customer service
(training will be provided)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with information
* Ability to stay organised and calm in a busy environment
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new processes and systems
* Minimum: Leaving Certificate or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or finance are an advantage
