Key Account Manager Job
The ideal candidate for this role has a technical-commercial background and is responsible for driving sales growth in designated export regions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within assigned geographical areas.
* Analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain and expand the existing customer base by adapting sales strategies to customer type, market conditions, and geopolitical factors.
* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets, estimate volumes, and revenue.
* Create and manage pricing strategies, including offers, quotes, campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
* Gather and analyze market, product, and competitor data using available tools.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in collaboration with the internal sales support team.
* Contribute to product development in coordination with dedicated teams.
