The role of Occupational Health Lead is a senior position that requires a high level of expertise in occupational health and wellbeing.
This full-time, permanent role combines a hybrid model with a base in West Dublin. As lead of this department, you will focus on customer contact and relationship development, as well as enhancing OH wellbeing services offered to customers.
You will oversee, manage, and develop OH programmes and teams to provide top-class Occupational Health Services. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the development and implementation of occupational health and wellbeing strategies
* Managing OH programmes and teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services
* Fostering strong relationships with customers to enhance OH wellbeing services
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of post-registration experience
* An Occupational Health & Safety Diploma or equivalent Health/Health Management qualification
* Full An Bord Altranais registration
* Significant work experience in a similar role covering both health and wellbeing, as well as managing people
* Experience in delivering training programmes (Coaching and/or training qualification a plus)
* Delivery of a data-led Health & Wellness Strategy
