Job Title: Strategic Programme Team Member

This role will involve supporting the planning and development of multi-year strategic portfolios of work carried out by ESB Networks as part of PR5 & PR6.
">
The team must ensure that the strategic portfolio is defined and communicated across the business.
">
The following activities are involved in this role:
">

1. Development of strategic and multi-year work portfolios and plans across capital projects and programmes in the context of prevailing price review contracts, and documenting associated programme planning and reporting procedures.
">
2. Managing internal databases by issuing Technical Approvals, Capital Approvals, and completing job number request forms for Networks Finance.
">
3. Preparation of monthly progress reports and quarterly portfolio reports for the strategic portfolio of work in PR5 & PR6.
">
">
Liaising with Delivery Organisations, Finance, and Asset Managers to ensure alignment of strategic portfolio, budgets, expenditure, and forecasts, and participation in working groups as required.

Responding to portfolio-related queries from other ESB Networks business units and Freedom of Information requests.
">
General administration and other duties assigned from time to time.

Essential skills include:
">

* Strong IT skills - Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint).
">
* Report writing - strong attention to detail and quality.
">
* Knowledge of ESB IT Systems.
">
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
">
* SAP FMIS and SAP SRM.
">
">
Desirable skills include:

* Skills in use of other software tools (e.g. Power BI, project management related).
">
">
Location: Leopardstown Road and other Networks office locations.

Salary: €32,000 - €38,000 per annum.
