The Role
As a Software Engineer, you will work as part of a highly collaborative, fast-moving engineering team building and evolving advanced AI-powered product
s.
This is an environment where adaptability is critical as processes evolve, priorities shift, and engineers are trusted to think critically, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software using Python and Java
* Contribute to frontend development using React where applicable
* Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver complex AI-driven solutions
* Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals
* Adapt quickly to changing requirements, processes, and priorities
* Participate actively in team collaboration during in-office days to build strong working relationships and team culture
Top Skills & Experience:
1. Strong experience with Python and Java
2. Frontend experience with React
(or strong willingness to work with React)
3. Excellent adaptability (comfortable in evolving environments with changing processes)
4. Outstanding communication skills

5. Experience working in collaborative, team-based engineering environments
