About the Role:
* Strategic Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new opportunities across pharma, biotech, and broader life sciences.
* Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Develop and execute account strategies for growth in existing clients.
* Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth across the entire portfolio of services being offered (automation, machine vision, process control, bioreactor platforms, FSP, MSP, engineering, and SLA services).
* Client Leadership: Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, Heads of Manufacturing/Operations/Engineering/Automation).
* Positioning as a Strategic Partner: Position us as a long-term strategic partner in technology and service transformation.
* Negotiations and Relationship Management: Lead high-value negotiations and manage executive-level relationships.

* Skillset: Business Development, New Business Generation, Sales Development, Account Management, Pipeline Management, Sales Process, Market Intelligence.
