We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our legal team in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion and accuracy.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates efficiently using effective time management skills.
* Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, letters, and reports with precision and attention to detail.
* Maintain and organize physical and digital files securely in compliance with confidentiality standards.
* Assist in filing legal documents with courts and government agencies in a timely manner.
* Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
* Support the drafting of legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memoranda.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and case updates effectively using communication skills.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for legal staff as needed.
Qualifications & Experiences
* Possess a minimum Leaving Certificate with additional courses completed in legal studies or office administration.
* Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is advantageous.
* Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills.
* Show excellent data entry and document management skills.
