Client Relationship Trainee
Location: Dublin City Centre
Working Model: 4 days in office/ 1 day from home

The Role
* Support senior colleagues with client and broker-facing activities
* Develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships
* Attend meetings and represent the business in a professional, consultative way
* Learn the fundamentals of corporate insurance with full on-the-job training
* Begin your professional exams (APA, progressing to CIP), fully supported by the company
* Play a key role in the continued growth and success of the business
What We're Looking For
* 1-2 years' experience in sales, retail, or another client-facing role, or a recent graduate seeking a professional career path
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with external stakeholders
* Commercially minded, ambitious, and eager to build a long-term career
* Willingness to study and complete recognised insurance qualifications
* A relationship-focused approach where success comes through trust and professionalism rather than quick wins
