Field Sales Professional
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Professional to lead sales and drive growth in collaboration with Area Territory Managers and Merchandising teams across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with our field sales team and merchandising team to grow our business
* Manage business pipeline to increase field sales
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking in new current and new channels
* Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making
* Represent the company at relevant trade shows, training events, and exhibitions
* Identify and mitigate any issues or risks impacting sales
* Provide detailed reporting on sales performance, including KPIs and objectives such as pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, sales conversion rates, and sales cycles
Requirements:
* Experience in creating sales proposals and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to challenge, influence, and advise clients
* Previous working experience as BDM, especially within the FMCG and or DIY sector would be an advantage
