Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a German speaking IT Support Analyst, you will provide technical support to employees worldwide through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. You will work closely with our Global IT Teams to diagnose and resolve issues, and proactively improve internal documentation to enable self-service and efficient issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first level technical support to employees worldwide through phone, email, and chat
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Work closely with Global IT Teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues
* Proactively improve internal documentation to enable self-service and efficient issue resolution
* Utilise problem management software to track all inbound calls, emails and service requests
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in IT, Engineering Support, or a related field
* Fluent spoken and written German and English language skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate with global teams and departments
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
