One of Ireland's leading Law Practices is now seeking an experienced Property Conveyancer/Legal Secretary for their busy, successful Commercial Property Team.This Dublin-based role would see you reporting to Property Partners.ResponsibilitiesManaging property transaction documentation efficientlyManaging files on our Practice Management System (Practice Evolve), including full compliance with file opening and archiving procedures.Liaising with clients and connected third parties.Drafting and amending documentation (including Statutory Declarations, search applications, scheduling deeds, Contracts for Sale, Deeds of Transfer and Leases );Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry.
