We are immensely proud of our continuous improvement solution, TRACC, which has transformed over 3000 supply chains in more than 75 countries.The RoleThe Senior Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of TRACC Supply Chain best practices at client sites, ensuring successful delivery of continuous improvement and operational excellence programs. This role requires deep understanding of the TRACC tools and materials, expertise in lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and end-to-end supply chain processes. The Senior Consultant will guide clients through assessments, roadmap development, and implementation, while coaching both client teams and CCi Implementation Coaches to build sustainable internal capability and the delivery of transformational results. This role requires the individual to perform 80% billable work to clients.TRACC Implementation Leadership - full technical onboarding with be providedLead comprehensive assessments of TRACC Best Practices and supply chain maturityConduct diagnostics, risk analysis, gap identification, and value stream evaluations to inform implementation plansTranslate findings into roadmaps, measurable KPIs, and clear improvement actionsAble to implement core SC TRACC's/modular solutions (Accelerate, Rapid Deployment, Loss & Waste, Supply Chain Foundations, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management)Become SME within specific TRACC'sDevelop, in collaboration with client stakeholders, the key deliverables and key performance measures that will serve to gauge the effectiveness of TRACC implementation and fulfillment of customer objectivesGathering and tracking information of key account metrics, and report on client performance to the PrincipalConduct effective risk analysis of project implementation and objectives, and propose relevant countermeasuresCoach and mentor client teams in developing action plans based on TRACC maturity assessments and coach them through execution to achieve measurable improvements, assessing customer needs on an ongoing basis and adapting action plans as requiredLeading project teams of both CCi and client personnel in the implementation of improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Lean tools, etc.) to deliver quick wins for clientsEnsure effective deployment of the TRACC methodology—hands-on, structured, and aligned with client objectivesLeading the implementation of Daily Management Systems (DMS) (Tier structures with routine meetings, visual boards, problem solving)Delivering Best Practice related training at operator, middle and senior management levels, with the purpose of building the internal capability of the client to support the TRACC implementationDevelop Client RelationshipsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsorsBe aware of both client and CCi objectives and raise any potential risks to clients or escalate client issues to leadership in CCi - Global Supply Chain Director and/or Managing PrincipalProvide insights in client implementation and growth. Use of technical skills and knowledge of TRACC (mid/high level) to diagnose customer's needs and upsell/prescribe consulting solutions, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnelLearning & DevelopmentCapture and analyze client feedback and transform findings into action plans, collaborate with Solutions to drive client insights and positive change to productsContribute to CCI knowledge base by reviewing current CCi material and submitting improvement suggestions and assisting with product development when requiredStay up to date with TRACC material, continually reading to ensure knowledge is updatedPursue continuous professional development in supply chain, lean, and project management disciplinesKEY PERFORMANCE AREASKPA 1: Resources ManagementKPA 2: Time Management RateKPA 3: Task ManagementKEY PEFORMANCE INDICATORSKPI 1: UtilizationKPI 2: SlippageKPI 3: % CompleteKPI 4: Client Satisfaction scoreRequirementsTECHNICAL SKILLSExcellent presentation skills and verbal and written communications skillsHigh proficiency working with Microsoft Office suiteGood administrative skill setsProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailExpert knowledge in Project Management Tools (MS Project, Visio) is preferredExperienced Trainer and FacilitatorQualifications / ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field is requiredMSc/MBA from an accredited University is highly desiredAt least 5 years of experience in consulting and/or Supply Chain operations with Continuous Improvement experienceLean Six Sigma experience is beneficialAccredited as TRACC Master Trainer and Master Facilitator (Provided by CCi upon hiring)PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelExperience with use of structured problem-solving tools with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent Listening skillsChange Management & Coaching SkillsWillingness to commit the additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workload in order to meet project milestones and implementation deadlineStrategic ThinkerEffectively able to deal with different levels within the organizationFluent in EnglishFluency in Dutch, German or French would be preferredBenefitsCompetitive Salary & Benefits80% client onsite work in Belgium, the Netherlands and across Europe, there will be extensive travel required to support our clients20% Remote working from home
