This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to lead BIM processes and contribute to the firm's continued success.About Your New JobAs the BIM Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of BIM processes across the practice.You'll work closely with our talented team to streamline workflows, enhance project efficiency, and meet the evolving needs of our clients.This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.You will collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of BIM in all project phases.Your role will involve training and supporting team members in BIM software and workflows, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.What Skills You NeedDemonstrated experience in BIM management within the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.Skilled in the use of BIM platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively guide and coordinate a multidisciplinary team.Implement BIM Level 2 workflows within MOLA in line with PAS 1192-2:2013, PAS 1192-3:2014, BIM Protocols, and COBie standards, ensuring alignment with Employer's Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP).Deliver both individual and group training sessions for MOLA staff on BIM methodologies and Revit use.Oversee the integration and management of BIM-supporting software, establishing "best practice" standards for Revit and related tools.Provide CPD sessions focusing on BIM documentation, workflow management, and Revit standards.Supervise and support day-to-day Revit operations on active projects.Develop and maintain a comprehensive Revit standards manual for users.Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure consistency and compliance with BIM standards throughout model development.Offer technical assistance and problem-solving support when required.Perform clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.Prepare and review project-specific BIM documentation, including EIRs, scope of services, and design responsibility matrices (DRMs).Continuously refine and update Revit templates and family libraries.Collaborate with design teams and subcontractors to define and implement project BIM strategies.Report to management and contribute to planning and achieving BIM-related goals and objectives.Coordinate with BIM software vendors and IT teams for support and updates.Participate in BIM-related seminars and workshops, sharing insights and updates with relevant teams.Stay informed about current UK BIM initiatives and RIAI BIM implementation developments.What's on OfferCompetitive salary package DOE.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A collaborative and creative work environment in the heart of Dublin.What's NextApply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button or call me, Thomas Hyland on, Or email your CV - If the job isn't quite right but you are looking for something similar, please get in touch.
