This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and play a key role in driving sales across the Irish healthcare sector.About the RoleThis role will focus on developing and growing endoscopy sales across Munster and Galway, with a strong emphasis on the Munster region. You will be responsible for managing key hospital accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality product support to clinical customers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targetsManage and grow existing accounts while actively identifying new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholdersDeliver product demonstrations and presentations to customersWork closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developmentsPrepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecastsCarry out additional duties as requiredRequirementsDegree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or a related fieldProven track record in Medical sales (Into Hospitals) and territory managementExperience in endoscopy consumables is highly desirableStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent organisational and time management skillsFull driving licence and willingness to travel across the territoryWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and package 65k -70k (DOE)BonusCar and fuel card, pension, healthcareOpportunity to join a well-established and growing healthcare organisationField-based role with strong autonomy and ownershipWhat’s NextApply now by clicking the “Apply Now" button or call me, Marie O'Driscoll, on 021-4847133.
