Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of public-sector assignments, we are now seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis..The RoleThis is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys shaping and delivering transformation in complex, regulated environments. You will work across the full lifecycle of transformation programmes — helping clients define strategy, mobilise programmes, and deliver tangible improvements across digital, operational and organisational initiatives. The role combines advisory thinking with practical delivery leadership and regular engagement with senior stakeholders.What You’ll Be DoingDelivering management consultancy engagements across digital transformation, organisational change and operational improvementSupporting large-scale, ICT-enabled programmes from readiness through delivery and stabilisationContributing to multi-disciplinary transformation initiatives spanning strategy, operations, digital and changeApplying strong P3M discipline including governance, risk, delivery assurance and benefits managementLeading or supporting process improvement, service redesign and workflow optimisation initiativesActing as a trusted advisor to senior public-sector stakeholdersAbout You8–12 years’ experience in management consulting, transformation consulting or complex delivery rolesStrong experience working with public-sector or regulated organisationsComfortable operating with credibility and gravitas in senior stakeholder environmentsProven experience across two or more of the following areas: Business strategy & operations, Organisational change & transformation, Programme, portfolio or PMO leadership, Business process improvement / re-engineering Digital or ICT consultancyPragmatic, structured and delivery-focused — able to balance advisory thinking with delivery realityWhy This Role?Exposure to nationally significant public-sector transformation programmesOpportunity to work across strategy, digital and operational consulting engagementsJoin a growing consulting practice with strong framework positioning and long-term demandHybrid working model with a Dublin city-centre baseCompetitive salary and clear long-term career opportunity
