Site Engineer - Residential Project | Tullamore
€60,000 - €70,000 + Benefits
A leading residential developer is seeking a Site Engineer to join a large-scale housing development in Tullamore. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term project with strong continuity of work and progression potential.
Project Overview
The successful candidate will be involved in the delivery of a major residential scheme comprising approximately 200 units across two phases.
Project Duration - 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
Setting out and surveying duties on site using EDM / total station equipment
Ensuring all works are completed in line with design drawings and specifications
Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, and design teams
Maintaining accurate site records, as-built drawings, and QA documentation
Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
Monitoring progress against programme and assisting with planning where required
Ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety standards
Resolving technical issues on site in a timely manner
Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Site Engineer role (residential experience preferred)
Strong setting out experience using GPS and total station equipmentGood understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for sections of work
Strong communication and coordination skills
Valid right to work in Ireland / EU
Package
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 DOE
