Our client is currently looking for Business Development and Account Manager and Engineering candidates within the construction industry.
They specialise in HVAC systems for both Domestic and Commercial Markets. They are recruiting a BDM for Domestic markets and a BDM for Commercial markets. They are keen to meet experienced BDMs or engineers looking to move into Business Development.

They are extremely successful and have the majority of market share across residential developments, commercial developments and are one of the key players in their field.

This role is predominantly out on the road covering the Leinster region.
Requirements
* Engineering or Building Services Qualification Advantageous
* Resident in Ireland
* Flexible with the job location – Geographical area – primarily Dublin, rest of country wherever required.
* 3 + years experience in the construction industry
* A previous business development role in either commercial or domestic Ventilation market advantageous
* Good presentation skills, reporting skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* Focused and goal-oriented
