Matrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Manager for our client in the pharmaceutical distribution sector in Wicklow.
You will lead warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, GDP/GMP regulated environment, manage a team and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of products.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations – receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
Lead and develop your team – recruitment, training, performance management.
Maintain compliance with GMP/GDP standards, safety policies, and SOPs.
Drive efficiency – improve processes, optimise inventory, resolve supply chain issues.
What You Need
3–5 years’ warehouse management experience, ideally on the pharma/regulated distribution/warehousing side.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Employee relations experience, including hands‑on management of formal grievance & disciplinary processes.
Knowledge of stock management systems (Sage preferred) & MS Office.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
Flexibility to work beyond normal hours when required. Days role.
