Main Responsibilities:

* Design and implement comprehensive evaluation strategies using Kirkpatrick's four-level model and other relevant frameworks.
* Analyze training outcomes at multiple levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results.
* Develop and administer surveys, interviews, and assessments to gather data on program effectiveness.
* Conduct thorough audits of existing training programs to assess their alignment with organizational goals and technician needs.
* Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations in learning program design and delivery.
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of learning initiatives on technician performance and data center operations.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations on evaluation findings and audit results.
* Develop a scalable model to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
* Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on program continuation, modification, or termination.
* Collaborate with designers, certification specialists, and subject matter experts to implement enhancements based on evaluation and audit results.
* Monitor industry trends and best practices in technical training and evaluation methodologies.
