Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, including systems, supplies, and communications
Lead day-to-day accounts functions including invoicing, PO matching, payment runs, and reconciliation
Ensure accurate financial records are maintained in line with internal controls and audit standards
Support the Managing Director and senior leaders with reports and coordination of internal operations
Act as a first point of contact for all accounts queries
Manage general office documentation, filing, and GDPR compliance
Liaise with the finance team on month-end reporting and budgeting
Provide administrative support across multiple departments
Foster a friendly, responsive, and professional culture across the office
Skills and Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a similar Office Management/Senior Administration role with strong involvement in accounts or financial administration
Strong background in accounts and financial coordination (including bookkeeping and managing AP/AR)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
Flexible, solutions-focused, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, growing business
