Assistant Reservations Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to join our team.
* The K Club is a unique leisure destination located in Ireland's countryside yet close to Dublin.
About the Role:
This role involves coordinating reservations for the hotel, answering phones and emails, managing mailboxes and prioritizing tasks. You will also be responsible for updating calendars and systems, focusing on reservation management of food and beverage outlets, completing reports and daily pick-up reports. Additionally, you will assist in devising new packages and loading rates into systems, producing monthly analysis reports summarizing end-of-month reservations activity by channel and segment. Finally,you will develop and mentor reservations agents for future advancement.
