Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across various technical and corporate roles in our EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our Dublin City-based client.
The Role
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing high-quality talent to onboarding new hires.
* Proactively identify and engage candidates through multiple channels, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Built and maintain pipelines to meet current and future business needs, ensuring all processes are compliant with local employment regulations.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to advise on best hiring practices and ensure smooth offer management and negotiation.
* Contribute to employer branding efforts in the European market.
About You
* Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to tech hiring and a proven track record of filling roles across multiple European markets.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to balance both technical and non-technical hiring.
* Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are a plus.
