Job Description
The Indian Cuisine Chef is required to provide quality Indian cuisine including curry and tandoori to our guests and to maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety at all times.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a CDP (Chef de Partie) position
* Knowledge of Indian food
* Prepare a menu for a fine dining Indian restaurant
* Prepare a menu for catering & takeaway
* Capable of maintaining food stock up to the mark
* HACCP
* Ability to train staff

Essential
* Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 2
* Minimum Qualification: Level 5 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme) OR Food production

* Ability Skills: Catering, Hospitality
* Competency Skills: Teamwork, Time Management
* Competency Skills: HACCP
* Specialising In: Indian curry, tandoor
* Languages: English B1-Intermediate, Hindi B2-Upper intermediate
