ClareThis is a varied role and the Environmental Health Safety Officer will be responsible for improving and maintaining Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality records ensuring efficient and timely circulation of Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality alerts, meetings minutes, bulletins, Risk Assessments, Accident investigation, Risk Assessments and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Proactive management of all required HSE & Quality administrative functions.Assist with the development, updating and issuing of our Client's HSE & Quality information & recordsCoordinating documentation change control procedureResponsibility for the administrative maintenance of our Client's Training Programme and Preventative Maintenance Programme.Carry out risk assessmentsCarry out induction and training for new employees and visitorsCarry out internal Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality auditsPublish quarterly Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality KPIsMaintain ADR/CVRT's for vehicles, routinely download driver data and maintain records on 12 weekly inspectionsMaintain records and train drivers on driver programmesKey Requirements:Degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years experience in a relevant roleExperience of implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001Excellent Communication & team working skills with peersExcellent organisational skills and ability to organise workload.Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
