Administrator - Quality, Risk and Safety Department
Permanent Part-Time Contract - 25 hours per week
Location: Newbridge Co. Kildare
Clerical Officer Grade IV Salary Scale: Point 1 €25,182 to max Point 8 €34,239 (pro-rated)
The Administrator will work with other members of the Quality, Risk and Safety Team to deliver on the team's plans and support continuous improvement and development in Kare.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
* Oversee Kare's Information Management System - CID helpdesk, responding to queries as they arise
* Oversee the development, implementation, review and improvement of Kare's Information Management System - CID with key stakeholders
* Run excel based reports from CID and present data in an organised manner
* Attend meetings and take minutes, prepare agenda's and schedule meetings through the organisation's electronic platforms
* Enter data on the National Incident Management system ensuring reporting occurs in line with regulation timeframes
* Oversee Health and Safety Administration ensuring documentation and paperwork are kept up to date
* Provide administrative support to the service user advocacy group
* Travel as required between Kare locations, e.g. for meeting attendance, training
Requirements:
* A recognised and relevant secretarial/administration qualification or relevant experience working in a similar role
* A minimum of 2 years working in an administrative role
* Knowledge and experience of IT/Database systems
* Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Excellent administration skills e.g., e-mail correspondence
* Good understanding of GDPR and emphasis on confidentiality
* The ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and set priorities
* An understanding of the workings of the community/voluntary/public sector is an advantage
* Be eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship
* Full Clean Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
