This role is critical in supporting expanding presence through contract review, negotiation, and the development of efficient contract management processes. Reporting directly to the General Counsel and working closely with a high-performing Legal & Contracts team, this position also involves collaboration with the Sales Team. The role offers an exciting opportunity for growth, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, amend, and negotiate customer contracts, NDAs, and other agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerance while collaborating with the Sales Team.Provide administrative support on various items such as customer information security questionnaires and tax applications.Work closely with the General Counsel and US Legal Contracts Manager to align on legal strategies and practices.Deliver regular updates on best practices and legal developments that may impact the business.Offer pragmatic solutions to complex issues that could delay or block deals.Ensure all relevant supporting documents/materials are obtained and recorded for correspondence purposes.Coordinate the execution of corporate and transaction documents efficiently.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing contract negotiations effectively.Assist in developing and maintaining contracts-related processes and procedures to scale with company growth, including creating playbooks, standard forms, contracts databases, etc.About You:To excel in this role, you will need:Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in contracts analysis/management roles within a fast-paced environment.Expertise: Deep understanding of contract and commercial law; highly proficient in analysing, drafting contracts, proof-reading, and general administration tasks.Skills: Strong relationship management and negotiation skills; solutions-focused mindset with a proven track record of resolving complex challenges.Attributes: Highly diligent, resolute, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in a growing environment.Education: Legal qualification (e.g., degree or equivalent) preferred; required if no prior experience as a paralegal or contracts manager.Why Join?This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced organization experiencing significant growth.
