* 12+ months of experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales, along with comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
* Team leadership and customer service skills.
* Understanding of KPIs, strong analytical and training skills.
* Ability to conduct constructive feedback conversations, plan team line-ups, and possess product knowledge.
* Good English skills/understanding.
* Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team, with an understanding of store needs and appropriate actions.
Your Activities
* Leading by example, coaching, and coordinating the shop floor, ensuring continuous team development.
* Driving store sales in collaboration with the team to meet targets through excellent customer service.
* Maintaining store standards at all times, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and customer service, to create the best shopping experience.
