Reporting to the Senior HR Officer at Sisk, you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, alongside our experienced HR Team in Ireland. You will support HR Operations with a positive and professional approach, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This role involves a wide range of tasks related to HR administration, payroll, employee benefits, and reward.
Employee Lifecycle
1. Prepare contracts of employment, conduct pre-hire checks, and help to onboard our new joiners.
2. Assist with a wide range of day-to-day HR processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
3. Work with the wider HR team in Ireland (and on occasion from the UK), to support organisation initiatives, communications, and events.
4. Support the Irish team with administering the employee leaver process, ensuring all relevant offboarding activities are complete.
HR Service Delivery
1. Act as a point of contact for Irish employees, providing timely advice and support on all queries.
2. Work in close partnership with the HR Operations team to deliver an efficient and effective HR service, whilst collaborating with different departments to facilitate a seamless employee experience.
3. Help to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Systems & Reporting
1. Maintain data in our HR Systems, ensuring accuracy, security, privacy, and relevancy, in adherence with data protection standards.
2. Provide ad-hoc data and information sharing as required, including employment references.
3. Generate reports as required for HR and management purposes.
Pay & Benefits
1. Support the payroll input process, including documentation and data validation.
2. Administer employee benefits, along with the associated data processing, documentation, and communication.
Other
1. Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
2. Collaborate with HR team members on special projects as assigned.

5. Engage effectively with colleagues in a busy team environment, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
6. Communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate effective business interactions across all levels of the organisation.
7. Proficient in MS Office and experienced in operating in a paperless environment.
8. Third-level education in HR or business administration is preferred.
9. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an HR role, with HR systems experience considered an advantage.
