 
        Patient Accounts Administrator (Full-time, permanent role)We are currently recruiting for a Patient Accounts Administrator to join the Patient Accounts Team on a full-time basis for a permanent opportunity.Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo provide a full range of administration duties including processing patient accounts, dealing with accounts queries, receiving payments and issuing receipts.In Patient and Day Case Billing, both insured and non-insured patientsFamiliarity and understanding of coding for medical procedures, completing medical claim forms and compiling completed submissions to relevant medical insurersResolution of all patient billing complaints and queriesAbility to review ageing accounts on a monthly basis, reporting of inconsistencies and correcting of errors as appropriateFollowing up outstanding accounts to ensure timely receipt of paymentCarry out ad hoc costings for patient proceduresTo provide support in reporting on Excel/Word/PPTCarry out basic administration e.g., filing, photocopying etc.To maintain and uphold procedures in relation to patient confidentiality and safe-keeping of patient recordsAny other duties which may be reasonably delegated from time to time by your line ManagerTo be involved and take responsibility for other day-to-day activities of the Accounts function as required.Candidate RequirementsEntry Level, no previous experience required, training will be provided in roleWilling to learn on job and use own initiative, with support of senior team membersA working knowledge of Word Processing and Databases desirable, but training will also be providedExcellent numeracy skills, and focus on attention to detailHave strong communication and influencing skills.N.B.
