We serve quietly ambitious food crafted by our all-female chef team. It's elegant but never fussy, rooted in the landscape and guided by the seasons. Guests come here to slow down, breathe and enjoy something genuine. Your role is to help make that feel effortless.

We're looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who can lift every part of our F&B offering through clarity, care and smart, grounded leadership. If you enjoy working somewhere where quality matters, ideas are welcomed and growth is part of the everyday rhythm, you'll fit right in.

Shape the Journey: You will own the full F&B journey, from our refined breakfast experience to dinner service in Lasair, and from bar performance to real, unscripted events and private dining.

Embrace the Land: You'll encourage participation in the story of our food. This includes collaborating on menu creation and feeding into our growers to ensure a strong, seasonal offering from our polytunnels and kitchen gardens.

Lead with Care: You will be on the floor, leading with a warm, human, and unscripted approach that favours generosity over formality

What the role covers

* Lead daily F&B operations across all outlets
* Maintain high standards of dinner service in Lasair with strong presence on the floor
* Build a confident, well trained team with clear expectations
* Improve natural upsells across drinks, desserts and sides
* Take full ownership of breakfast quality, pace and guest satisfaction
* Review and refine menus to improve margins and draw in non resident guests
* Strengthen bar performance and stock control
* Oversee all satellite service areas to keep standards consistent
* Deliver accurate forecasting, cost control, stock checks and waste reduction
* Work closely with kitchen and garden teams to champion seasonal produce
* Plan events and private dining with smooth coordination and high service levels
* Build a positive culture that supports progression, accountability and good communication
