Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, and Data Centres.If you are anElectrical Engineering Leadwho is looking for your next career move, send your CV toOisín O’Donohoeor call 086 085 7455 for a confidential discussion.Responsibilities/Duties:Manage the Electrical Engineering function for the project, ensuring full technical compliance and providing weekly reports and updates to the Project Director and Client.Oversee the review and issuance of Technical Submittals and RFIs, ensuring they meet project specifications.Lead a team of Electrical Engineers and Package Managers, ensuring smooth project execution.Ensure complete and accurate handover information at project completion.Engage with the supply chain, including vendors and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with project specifications and value engineering opportunities.Communicate technical issues promptly to the Project Management team and monitor engineering progress.Provide technical support to estimating, procurement, and project bid teams as needed.Develop and support commissioning strategies, troubleshooting activities, and off-site technical support for construction teams.Identify and implement sustainable and value-engineering solutions in project design.Qualifications / Skills:Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.Proven track record in an Electrical Engineering role within the construction industry.Previous experience in Hyper Scale Data Centres is preferable.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing and leading a team of engineers.Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Share file, CMMS systems).IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux, and other relevant software tools, are advantageous.Benefits:Salary €90,000 to €110,000 DOE.PensionIncome protection and death in service benefitExcellent career progression opportunitiesCompany-supported CPD contributionsGenerous living away allowance (in addition to salary)Accommodation and utility billsRegular return flightsIn country travel providedIf you are anElectrical Engineering Leadwho is looking for your next career move, send your CV toOisín O’Donohoeor call 086 085 7455 for a confidential discussion.
