Experience: Looking for candidates with 7+ years' experience in sponsorship, PR, marketing or communications agency.
We are looking for a passionate and creative Account Director to be a part of our Sponsorship Team, helping to build and shape clients PR, marketing and social plans, driving cutting edge campaigns and shaping the future of our industry.

What we are looking for:
The winning candidate will have a natural interest in sport and culture, be self‑motivated and be a natural relationship builder.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can develop world‑class sponsorship marketing campaigns and should have knowledge of the Irish sponsorship landscape, ideally with experience working with a sponsorship agency.
The candidate will play a key role creating and shaping clients plans, building strong relationships with clients by driving creativity and top‑class client service.
This key hire will be an excellent communicator both to clients and the internal team, love attention to detail & managing client finances, team capacity and be passionate about storytelling, creative and innovation, pushing to inspire their colleagues to deliver a high standard of execution and new ways of doing things, all while having fun, being sound and enjoying the journey.
7+ years' experience in marketing & communications; agency experience preferred
Experience in sports marketing or sponsorship required
Culturally curious with a creative edge
Have a well‑established circle of industry, editorial and third‑party contacts just a phone call away
Passionate about PR – understands the value of PR and loves consuming media/content
A marketing communications problem solver – with a passion for creating plans that will deliver for our client's objectives
Ability to both create and execute best in class plans in a hands‑on way
A talented leader with excellent time, budget and people management skills
Experience in creating campaign strategies and managing campaign activations
Experience in business development and contributing to both business and client grow.
