Who should apply
This role is suited to professionals with a passion for sustainability and experience delivering ESG-related projects within dynamic, regulated, or technical environments.
* 4+ years’ experience in sustainability, ESG, or related corporate responsibility roles
* Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, regulatory obligations and stakeholder expectations
* Experience managing cross-functional sustainability projects
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
* Experience in the energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors is an advantage
Role and Reporting Lines
This position reports to the Head of Sustainability and works collaboratively with teams across Engineering, Operations, Legal, HR and Corporate Affairs.
* Strategy Execution – Drive the implementation of the company’s sustainability and ESG strategy
* Reporting & Disclosure – Lead ESG data collection, compliance, and reporting processes
* Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Sustainability Projects – Deliver projects across carbon reduction, biodiversity, social impact and ethical supply chains
* Policy Development – Develop and update ESG-related policies in line with best practice
* Regulatory Readiness – Monitor ESG regulation and ensure compliance across the business
* Communications – Support internal and external sustainability communications and disclosures
* Innovation & Best Practice – Identify new opportunities to embed sustainability into operations and culture
