About the Role:
As the Practice Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring our clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a positive team culture. This varied role includes a mix of administrative, financial, HR, and in-practice duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, staff performance, and development
* Coordinate rosters and shift management
* Manage accounts payable and receivable (creditors and debtors)
* Perform cash reconciliations
* Manage client invoicing and payment follow-ups
* Assist with hands-on, in-practice support as needed
* Handle inventory management and ordering of supplies
* Lead administration and coordination of our Annual Art Competition as well as the organisation and management of our lead sponsorship of the Terenure 5 Mile road race.
* Manage our social media presence and online engagement
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient environment for both team and clients
About You:
* Prior experience in practice management (ideal not a must)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Confident in managing HR processes and team leadership
* Comfortable with technology, including social media platforms and practice management software
