Start date: April 2026
Shift Details: 12‑hour night shift, Monday to Wednesday + alternate Thursdays, 12‑hour shifts, 4‑on / 3‑off – 3‑on / 4‑off pattern.

As a Manufacturing Associate (MA) on the lines at Dexcom you will be responsible for manufacturing Dexcom's Continuous Glucose Monitors on one of our shifts (24/7 operation) and ensuring the highest quality product reaches our customers. We are looking to establish a culture of attention to detail, compliance to quality and safety with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Cross trained on multiple processes at Dexcom
* Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in key areas
* Compliance to all quality procedures; flag any deviation noted.
* Completion and maintenance of quality documentation as required for the manufacture of Medical devices (GMP requirements).
* Comply with all safety requirements and operate in a safe manner
* Complete tasks to predefined deliverables/targets as assigned by your supervisor
* Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi‑automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product.
* Responsible for the overall operation of manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, applying labels, packaging, moving raw materials and finished product, and data entry.
* Can be deployed as a trainer for other employees
* Checks and inspects product as required against required specifications
* As part of a team ensure communications are clear and courteous
Experience and Education
* Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification (L5)
* Fluent spoken and written English
* 4 to 6 years Medical device and cleanroom experience
* Demonstrated computer literacy
* Mechanically minded
* Working in a team
* Communication skills
* Training/knowledge transfer skills required
Requirements
* High level of dexterity and attention to detail is essential
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland
* Be punctual, complete tasks efficiently
* Ability to work on complex tasks
