Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) plays a senior clinical role, reporting to both the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. This position is responsible for providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day clinical practices in the home, appropriate staff rostering, delegation, supervision, performance, development, clinical governance, and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Checking staff rosters and obtaining cover for absences.
* Daily attendance at handovers and review of resident progress.
* Implementing Company Health and Safety Policy to safeguard the safety and welfare of staff, residents, and others.

* Appreciation of finance issues.

Qualifications:
* First-level registration.
* Registered on the Irish live register.
* Evidence of continuous Professional Development.
* Previous management experience.
