Care Coordinator Job Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly expanding homecare company with offices throughout Ireland, seeks an experienced scheduler to fill a Client Care Coordinator role at their Blanchardstown office. This is an on-site position.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily schedules for care assistants.
* Address operational issues related to customer care calls.
* Assign a permanent care team to each client.
* Handle scheduling queries and respond accordingly.
* Provide emergency cover until 10 am the next working day.
* Inform clients of all schedule changes.
* Ensure schedules are assigned two weeks in advance.
* Verify weekly allocated hours are accurate.
* Collaborate with the Care Manager on start dates for new caregivers.
* Submit reports to the shared drive by 12 pm on the last working day.
* Guarantee all shifts are covered two weeks in advance.
* Maintain weekly reporting.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar position.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Proven track record of success in a care coordination or similar role.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
