About the Company
We are an organization dedicated to cultural promotion through Latin music and dance, especially salsa and bachata in Dublin. We organize social events, workshops, and festivals with the goal of creating unique experiences for the local and international community.
Main Duties of the Intern
* Support in the planning and logistical coordination of salsa and bachata events.
* Collaborate in managing registrations, reservations, and attendee control.
* Provide support in communications and digital marketing (social media, poster design, newsletters).
* Perform customer service tasks: answer questions, manage accreditations, and assist attendees during events.
* Maintain coordination with instructors, DJs, and guest artists.
* Collaborate in the preparation of post-event reports with attendance data and feedback.
* Support the creative setting and activity proposals to enhance the participant experience.
Requirements
* University student or recent graduate (preferably in Tourism, Events, Communication, Marketing, or related fields).
* Good English proficiency (minimum B1). Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
* Interest in Latin culture, music, and dance.
* Organizational skills, creativity, and teamwork skills.
* Basic knowledge of social media and digital tools (Canva, Instagram, Facebook).
