In Syspro Automation we are looking for a Project Manager to lead GMP automation projects in Ireland.
Syspro Automation is an Engineering company focused on GMP Automation, working globally and with offices in Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and the United States.
Main activities and responsibilities are:
* Analyse the viability of the project at early stage.
* Define a detailed planning of the activities of the project (scope, time, resources, costs).
* Control the project execution and report progress.
* Budget control, tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
* Support, lead and coach the project team.
* Set priorities and adjust plans in case of deviations.
* Provide regular reports on project status to project team and stakeholders.
* Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule or budget.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders.
Required skills:
* Technical driven person with experience in Automation and/or Process Engineering.
* A strong communicative personality with a pragmatic attitude.
* Flexible and goal oriented, able to realize progress within an uncertain and rapidly changing environment.
* Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent planning skills and able to set priorities based on top level plan.
* Requires ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, P&IDs and instrumentation/control equipment.
Education and experience:
* At least 5 years of experience as automation, validation or process engineer (DCS, PLC or HMI platforms).
* At least 2 years of experience in project management.
* At least 3 years working with DeltaV.
* English level C1 or better.
* Experience within the biotech industry with knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) compliance is a strong plus.
* Spanish or Portuguese languages are a strong plus.
