The company employs over 80 team members and due to continued investment and expansion are now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Office Administrator to support our Organisation.
This position is a fixed term Maternity Leave Cover and is based onsite in our Belmullet office.Reports to: The Vermilion Office Administrator will report to the Business Service Manager and Business Operations Manager.Responsibilities: Daily maintenance of the waste manifest (Excel based Prepare weekly & monthly work reports for Vermilion & WW Administration of all waste records, WTF's and WW Dockets Efficient filing of all records for both WW & Vermilion Maintenance of the EPA waste records, this is the maintenance of the paper-based filing system onsite at BBGT.
This has to be done on an on-going basis Manage access permits & journey management plans for Walsh Waste employees and contractors Check off third party invoices for approval & issue purchase orders Obtain quotations from third party suppliers & issue PO's Verification of monthly invoices from third parties Attend monthly HSE management meeting with Vermilion.
Work alongside Vermilion EHS Team Prepare schedules & obtain MSDS sheets (where required) for the monthly packaged hazardous waste collections Support the WW site team at the BBGT.
