Designing and bringing to life our mobile and mobile security solutions for Three’s IoT/ICT business and government customers. Working in a dynamic environment utilising the latest technologies to create solutions that address customer requirements.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the design of Three’s mobile and mobile security ICT solutions, including connectivity of Three’s 3CS and IoT portfolio to meet customer needs.
* Handle all aspects of a solution design, including handover to implementation teams.
* Collaborate with the ICT/IOT Agile Tribe and Chapters to communicate customer needs beyond the current portfolio and help define potential new innovative solutions.
* Document designs in written form and present to customers using PowerPoint or other tools.
* Work with Account Directors and account managers to develop technical solutions for customer needs.
* Sustain knowledge of competitor solutions and feed insights into the Agile Tribe & chapters.
* Assist account managers in building quotes/proposals, including commercial evaluation of the costed solutions.
* Interact with Three’s core network and technology teams to ensure viability of solutions.
* Own the technical relationship for each customer’s use of Three’s solutions and ensure smooth support handover.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years experience in a solutions engineering or technical pre‑sales role.
* BSc in Engineering Science or equivalent; industry certifications are a plus.
* Strong technical knowledge of mobile solutions (EMM/MDM, Mobile Security, MFA, VPN, APN, 3G‑5G).
* Experience in IoT device solutions is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to cost technical solutions and build a business case.
* Proficient with Visio or similar design documentation tools.
* Good understanding of cloud services and enterprise managed mobility initiatives.
* Past experience selling to business and government customers at various sizes.
* Experience with XDR technologies and MFA is a plus.

Skills We’re Looking For
* Maintaining technical knowledge through training and self‑learning on MDM/EMM technologies (Workspace One, Intune, Citrix, Soti).
* Mobile security solutions including MFA, fixed wireless access, Cisco Umbrella, APNs, SMS platforms.
* Strong knowledge of competing solutions and market trends.
* Proficiency in designing, presenting, and documenting technical solutions.
* Understanding of communication technologies such as IPSec, VPN, APN, and 3G‑5G services.
* Experience with cloud services and enterprise managed mobility (Citrix, Avanti, Workspace One, Intune).
