Store Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven individual to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets through customer service and coaching, as well as previous experience as a store manager in a similar retail environment.
* This role involves overall management of all sales and operational matters within the store, including stock management.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you must have good organisational and commercial acumen, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to building good relationships with customers, your team, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales and operational matters within the store, including stock management

* Ensure Company policies, procedures, and controls are adhered to within the store
* Deliver excellent customer service
