Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking for a better work-life balance.
The successful candidate will report to the HR Director, but also work closely with the General Manager. The role will cover a wide range of HR duties and projects across the site, including employee engagement, query resolution, recruitment, training activities, and payroll reporting.
Your Skills & Experience
* A third-level degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
* At least three years of relevant HR experience;
The Offer:
The role is permanent part-time working 24 hours per week. Salary will depend on candidate's skills and experience. Hours can be agreed between both parties but should include at least 3 full days or 5 mornings.
